I'm an ISSA certified Strength Training Coach based in Cape Town. No matter your fitness goal, I provide:

education - take the guess work out of how to do exercises properly without injury risk and get the maximum benefit from every movement. Also my nutritional guidance will help put a stop to the ‘keto-mittent-paleo’ noise out there, and make sure your nutrition is on point, supporting your goals.

MY SERVICES:
One-on-one strength training primarily based at First Principles Gym in Sea Point. Don’t worry - despite the name, you’ll find no actual burpees here (unless you want them). Just strength, fitness and the nutritional guidance to get you feeling your best.
